An order may be cancelled or modified only if it has not been processed for shipping.
Returns and Exchanges
Du to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue exchanges. If you are new to the DU NORD SKIN CARE line, you may like to try the CELEBRATION sample collection before purchasing any full-size product.
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with a purchase!
If you are dissatisfied with an order, we will do our best to resolve any issue, as appropriate. Please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of order delivery.
We aim to ship your order within 1 - 4 business days. If we anticipate any delay we will notify you before processing your order.
Shipping within Canada
All shipments require confirmed delivery and signature during winter months. Flat-shipping rate is $12.50.
We ship our products via Canada Post. You should expect to receive your shipment within 2-10 business days.

We are working on obtaining best rates for international shipping outside continental North America.
DU NORD SKIN CARE is not responsible for any fees a shipment may be charged upon entering the customer’s country. Any tax, tariff or duty charges are the sole responsibility of our customers outside of Canada. We recommend that you contact your local customs office prior to placing an order to be prepared for any additional fees. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate a delivery date for international orders at this time.
Lost or Stolen Shipments
DU NORD SKIN CARE is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. We recommend that you check the tracking number and contact your local carrier/post office to file a lost/stolen claim, if the tracking number shows the package has been delivered.
